These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our music lessons, programs, and related services. By enrolling in lessons or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Enrollment & Payments

Enrollment is on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise stated in a special program or package. Tuition is due in advance of lessons and is non-refundable except as stated in our refund policy. Payments are processed via our secure third-party payment processor. Late payments may result in a suspension of lessons.

2. Lesson Policies

Lessons are scheduled in advance, and students are expected to attend all scheduled sessions. Rescheduling or makeup lessons must be requested with at least 24 hours’ notice. Availability is not guaranteed. No-shows or last-minute cancellations will not be eligible for refunds or makeup lessons. If West Chester Music Academy must cancel a lesson due to an instructor's absence, a makeup lesson or credit will be provided.

3. Student Conduct & Safety

Students and parents/guardians are expected to maintain respectful behavior at all times. Any disruptive or inappropriate conduct may result in termination of lessons without a refund. Our facility maintains a family-friendly and safe learning environment. Students must follow all safety guidelines.

4. Liability Waiver

By participating in lessons, you acknowledge that West Chester Music Academy is not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or loss incurred on our premises or during lessons. Parents/guardians are responsible for the safety of minors before and after their scheduled lesson times.

5. Privacy & Communications

Personal information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By enrolling, you consent to receive emails, texts, or calls regarding lesson scheduling, studio updates, and promotions. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

6. Media Release

Occasionally, we may take photos or videos of students during lessons or recitals for promotional purposes. If you do not wish for your or your child’s image to be used, please notify us in writing at [email protected]

7. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Monthly tuition is non-refundable once payment has been processed. If you wish to discontinue lessons, a written cancellation notice is required at least 15 days before the next billing cycle. Special programs, workshops, and camps may have separate refund policies.

8. Changes to These Terms

West Chester Music Academy reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with the updated effective date.
